This Marantz CD5004 CD player was purchased brand new (one owner), and is in great physical and like-new operating condition. The remote control, user's manual, original box, power cord, cables, and everything else originally supplied with the purchase are included. There are no marks that I can find on the player and everything works properly. Minimal and very careful use. There are no problems of any sort. In my opinion the CD player itself could pass for new.

This is my brother's CD player. He's not as comfortable selling things on the Internet as I am, so I'm trying to sell it for him. He's had it a while (perhaps three years) but rarely used it. It really does perform and look great. Regarding his reason for sellilng: he buys and sells audio equipment for no other reason than because it's a hobby. He likes to compare brands and models. He does the same thing with watches and new cars. As mentioned in the listing, this was new when he bought it. He's the original owner. I'm not sure what other equipment he used it with. In the past he has owned NAD, Marantz, Rotel, and many other integrated amps, power amps, and preamps. Not sure what he's using now. He's used many different speakers: Paradigm, Monitor Audio, KEF, JBL, Dali, etc. speakers. |
