Esoteric X-01 D2 SACD/Cd player

Esoteric X-01 D2 SACD/CD player, the best one box player from Esoteric until replaced recently by the K-01in 2012. VRDS-NEO mechanism, 4-chip-per-channel Burr-Brown PCM1704 DACs. Unlike the X-01, the inclusion of a pair of Analog Devices AD1955 DACs allow the X-01 D2 handles DSD in its native format. This is a hefty built 55 lb unit. Local customer traded in to the K-01, one owner, player is in mint condition, remote but I’ll rate it a 9 in case I missed something. Owner’s manual, remote, factory triple box all included. We are an authorized Esoteric dealer. 120V U.S. model. Retail in 2011 $19500, selling $6950.
