Arcam FMJ-CD37 One week old

I bought this CD37 in black from local Magnolia last week to replace a CD17. I used the CD37 box to ship the CD17 to another audiogoner, now they won't let me return the CD37 due to lack of original box. But I have other Arcam box/foam that fits (all FMJ components are the same size), and I will double box for shipping. The unit is not a B stock, and I am the first owner.

Selling due to purchase of an Unison Research CD player which matches my Unison Simply Italy amplifier in the picture, so that I can use only one remote control for both CD and amp. I am not sure the Unison CD will sound better than Arcam, but certainly much more expensive. My loss is your gain.

I found no blemish and this CD/SACD player sounds wonderful, a significant upgrade to the CD17. You are basically buying a new unit for much less, all accessories and an Arcam box/foam are included. See my other audiogon ads for my Arcam amplifier on sale.
