Accuphase DP-78 Reference SACD Player

Up for sale is a one owner Accuphase DP-78 SACD player sold by us new (US unit) and functioning perfectly. This unit has a faint scratch on the left side of the front panel, a couple of very small dings around the edges of the faceplate, a couple of small scuffs on the left side panel, and some small nicks on the top panel towards the center where it meets the rear cover. All of this is very minor and was most likely caused by a few less than precise removals from an audio rack during cable upgrades. The unit is otherwise gorgeous and looks great overall. It will be priced to sell and a great value. The DP-78 has gone down in audio history as the most successful flagship Accuphase digital product ever which is of no surprise as the performance is remarkable and the DP-700 ($20K) and DP-720 ($26K) that replaced it are out of most buyers reach. The 78 easily puts most current digital products to shame. The customer traded this unit in on a Solution 541 so quite the upgrade. The original box, remote, manual, and AC cord are included.
