ULTRASONIC V-8 BLACK STEALTH CLEAN 16 SIDES--- AT ONCE !

Fellow Audiophiles:

OK..... if you are reading this then I am going to make a few assumptions.  First you love the sound of playing vinyl records.  I also guess that you kinda dread cleaning your big stack of dirty records.  I used to hate cleaning records too. I dreaded the  job until I figured out a way to clean a big mountain of vinyl in a very short amount of time. This custom built device uses a modded medical cleaner to treat your valuable record collection to a thorough deep clean process that goes down to the bottom of the groove. No it will not harm your records.

There is no scrubbing, no exotic 4 steps of secret formula chemicals, no flipping of records over to repeat the long boring process all over again. Simply load up a simple solution of distilled water and some 91% isopropyl alcohol, plus a few drops of Photoflo and you are ready to clean both sides of 1 record or 8 records at once! 
Set the timer for 10 minutes, go make yourself a cocktail and get ready for some good sounding vinyl. When the automatic timer stops the ultrasonic bath you remove the records from the stainless steel rod, place them on our special wooden rack to dry,then use a new sleeve and you are ready to enjoy more music. 
The record labels are dry because the special gear motor drive turns slowly and the solution level in the tank only comes up to the take out groove. The Photoflo aids in having the water sheet off the record surface. Although the timer goes to 30 minutes I recommend that a 10 to 15 minutes cycle is adequate. Some customers get better results by using the built in heater to aid in the release of dirt.  That's up to you.
This model the UltraSonic V-8 has a special pump and filter added to clean the solution as you are cleaning the records. After hours of testing in house and with beta testers in the field I have modified the filter unit to incorporate a medical grade filter that removes particles down to .7 microns. . . . that is really small people. 
The slow motor and gear assembly allow for a couple of revolutions to get the job done. I am not a rocket scientist (but I know a few) and I have read that the super sound waves literally vibrate the dirt out of the record groove. I know that after cleaning a batch of records you can see the black dirt in the bottom corner of the tank. If you think your current old school noisy vac machine is getting your records as clean as they can be…well I am not so sure about that. I have used those devices and even tried steam cleaning for a few years. None of these methods are as safe, clean and thorough as ultrasonic cleaning. I own a VPI Classic 3 with a Lyra Kleos cart. My records sound great and I am hearing the music more and the noise much less these days. 
The adjustable voltage motor allows you to control the speed if you want to change it. You can use the timer for a longer cycle if you feel that is necessary. The unit comes with a heater and basket that is used if you want to clean your gold chains or gun parts although some users like to use the heater and claims it helps in the cleaning process. 
This deluxe model is the most deluxe I have ever offered. It has the largest capacity but also features two more perks to make your life easier. First there is a handy drain to allow you to easily empty the tank, saves you from trying to carry this thing over to the sink. Second this unit has an adjustment control on the back that lets you control the degree of agitation. If those last records you picked up at the swap meet are really nasty with mold and crud…just pop in a load and turn up the adjustment knob. Here again some have reported that they got better results at the lowest setting. 
Similar cleaners have been built by audiophile DIY types in Europe for many years. There are a few professional machines on the market like the Audio Desk if you want to spend $4000.00 and clean one at a time. This unit may not look as professional as a fancy import but it does work quite well. Some people use this to clean their records
then pop them on their VPI or Loricraft rcm to remove any drops of water. Simple and faster allows more time to actually listen to the music. Now I simply place the clean records on our new record racks and let them air dry. 
For the tech curious this model uses 4= 40 khz transducers. It is 110 volts and 400 watts. If you are in Europe then you will need to use a small step up transformer. 
The power cord is fixed and you will not get cleaner records trying to upgrade it with a $3000 cord. OK it has a little DIY style but money has not been wasted on cosmetics. The wood base and support are hand crafted from red oak that is stained and varnished or you can request our new Black Stealth satin black finish,. 
Beware that all is not sunshine and lollipops in the world of super clean records though. Once deep cleaning has occurred you may discover that your record really was a crappy pressing, bad recording that is now revealed for the dog it is. Hopefully you will discover more winners than losers in your valuable collection.
