I have rare Denon DL-103S cartridge in good working and cosmetic condition. It has 250 hours on it. 103S has blackest background, amazing tracking and very airy mid section. It is better then 103, 103-Pro, 103 GL.
The cantilever is straight- stylus is sharp. Look at the pictures.
The cartridge comes with plastic shipping box.
