This is a rare Denon 103 M cartridge. It has a brand new tip with micro ridge stylus. Only 3000 of these were ever made, mainly for radio station playback.
Price reflects the cost of the retip.
The Type M differs from the normal Denon 103 models in that it has an extremely low output.
