Bluelectric Ltd. MAGIC DIAMOND MC CARTRIDGE

Arguably one of the best MC carts ever made. Made by Reto Andreoli the obstinate Swiss with deviant opinion regarding whatever analog . He learned the cart making ‘art’ at the age of 15 by the Garrot brothers in Australia. There is a thread in A’gon analog forum (03-18-07) about this cart. There is a comparison with Clearaudio Goldfinger in 6 moons (,June 2006). Walker caused much interest and fuss about the Magic Diamond by choosing this cart for his Proscenium turntable. Walker: ‘I have done two shows-the Ces and Stereophile show-with the Magic Diamond and it has now replaced the Clear Audio Insidere Reference as our new Reference cartridge AA.’ This specimen has about50 hours of use (NB I own 20 MC carts). According to some 50 hours is sufficient for the ‘break in’ (of the suspension), according to others 100 hours is more adequate. BTW there is sufficient info on the net. Warranty: the buyer can return the cart if not fully satisfied .
