APC J35B AV Power Conditioner and Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS)

I'm the original owner of this power condition/UPS, and it is just over three years old. It is in like new condition cosmetically and operationally. This unit was specifically designed for AV systems that include a PC or HTPC that requires uninterrupted power in the event of brown or blackout. Fortunately, I live in an area with reasonably stable power so the unit has not been stressed much. However in the few times I have suffered a black or brown out, I can vouch for the unit's ability to instantly switch to battery power to prevent hard PC shutdown. The J35B can be programmed to properly shutdown a Windows PC when its battery is near exhaustion. Not only does this unit provide AV power conditioning competitive with dedicated units int the $400 range, it also offer auto voltage regulation without using its battery as well. The battery rating is on the high side for UPS at 865 Watts/1500VA. The unit will be double-boxed and insured for full replacement value. FYI: The unit will arrive with its LCD panel set to black out mode (no constant display) by default. This, and any other management feature can be changed from the front panel or via APC's management software (Powerchute) which you can download for from their website. If memory serves you will have to set up a free account to access this software. Though using Powerchute is recommended, IT IS NOT REQUIRED for full unit function or configuration.
