The Ref4 Billet is our finest power cord.  It was designed and built with absolute quality and performance as it's only criteria.

Like our Reference4 and Ref4 SE cords, the Ref4 Billet is designed with two ground conductors hand woven into and around the hot and neutral conductors. This is state of the art noise rejection.  The hand braided design naturally repels noise and inductance, and these dual ground conductors actively draw away RF interference, magnetic inductance, and all electronic noise straight to ground.  This is a superior solution to metal or braided shields that are known to collapse the sound field.  The Ref4 Billet features Gaofei billet aluminum plugs. These provide electrical shielding at the critical area directly behind your components.  Acrylic plugs can not do this.  The Maze Audio Ref4 Billet cord will give your components a black as night noise floor.

These cords feature 10 AWG gauge, 99.9% pure, virgin, Oxygen Free Copper wire.  You can not source better power cable wire than this.  They are composed of over 500 individual strands of copper wire for incredible flexibility.  Each conductor is wrapped in premium grade TechFlex jacketing for an high end appearance and long service life.  Each cable is hand braided before being mated to the Gaofei billet aluminum plugs.  

The Gaofei plugs have solid copper contacts thoughout for perfect power transfer.  These are extremely high quality plugs.  Connectors are critically important in a power cable.  You can feel the quality of these plugs as you slip them into the outlet.

These cables are very thick.  Yet, they are very flexible.  Look at the pictures for evidence of their flexibility.  Many of our customers use our braided  cables for all of their components.  We personally use them for our tube amps, solid state amps, preamps, receivers and source components.

Interesting thing happened. I have a Panamax M5500-EX power conditioner. It has a nice power cord that seems quite high in quality.
